Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a referral to book an appointment?

No referral needed — you can book directly with us. New patients are always welcome, and online booking is the fastest way to grab a time that works for you.

What should I bring to my first visit?

A photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, and a list of any medications you take. If you have recent dental x-rays from a previous office, we're happy to request them for you.

How often should I have a dental checkup and cleaning?

For most people, every six months. Regular visits let us catch small problems before they become big ones — and keep your teeth feeling their best in between.

What if I haven't been to a dentist in years?

You're in good company, and you won't get a lecture here. We'll start with a gentle, judgment-free exam, talk through what we find, and build a plan at whatever pace feels right for you.

I'm nervous about dental visits. Can you help?

Absolutely. Dental anxiety is very common, and we take it seriously — tell us how you're feeling and we'll go at your pace, explain everything before we do it, and make comfort the priority.

What should I do in a dental emergency?

Call us right away — describe what happened and we'll tell you exactly what to do next and get you seen as soon as possible. For a knocked-out tooth, keep it moist (in milk or saliva) and come in immediately.
